With the PSC team based largely in New Jersey, executing a seamless event in rural Texas required precision, flexibility, and a thorough communications strategy. PSC sourced and vetted local vendors from the Amarillo and Lubbock area, coordinated media relations, and ensured flawless day-of execution, even managing last-minute logistics to keep everything on track despite unavoidable challenges.
PSC developed and distributed a media advisory and press release, securing targeted coverage across local outlets and energy trade publications. In preparation for interviews, we produced a detailed fact sheet and conducted message briefings and media training with Vesper’s executive leadership.
On the ground, we captured drone footage and on-site interviews to produce a polished 45-second highlight reel, while coordinating day-of photography with expedited delivery for immediate press use. Throughout the planning process, we prioritized local vendor engagement to ensure efficient execution and build relationships within the Swisher County community
