Case Study
2NDFLOOR, New Jersey’s youth mental health helpline, is a confidential and anonymous helpline for youth and young adults. The helpline is geared toward helping New Jersey’s children, teens, and young adults find solutions to the problems that they face, 24/7 365 days a year.
PSC partnered with 2NDFLOOR to amplify statewide media coverage of the helpline, tell the stories of the youth who use and helped shape the helpline, and promote partnership with the Department of Children and Families and Governor’s Office by developing and executing a media and production strategy.

The Results
Media and production strategy culminated in a roundtable featuring First Lady Tammy Murphy at the Governor’s Mansion.
