Erin Pinkelman – Associate

Erin brings a strong foundation in media relations, content strategy, and project coordination, combining close attention to detail with big-picture thinking to drive meaningful communications.

Prior to joining PSC, Erin spent nearly two years at Tripepi Smith, a marketing and communications firm based in Southern California. Across a wide range of client accounts, from local governments and nonprofit organizations, she supported communications efforts by drafting press releases, website copy, newsletters, and social media content. She also helped clients earn media coverage in outlets including the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Examiner, and Aspen Times.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College, where she dual-majored in Psychology and Mathematics. Her liberal arts education sharpened both her writing and analytical skills, equipping her with a unique ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.

“I enjoy finding the story within information and shaping it into something people can connect with,” Erin says. “My background has taught me to turn data into insight while keeping people at the heart of every message.”

She also has deep roots in the nonprofit sector through her longstanding involvement with Seattle Humane. What began as a teen volunteer role led to an internship and ultimately a position as an Animal Care Associate, where she supported daily shelter operations and collaborated closely with staff and volunteers.

Outside of work, Erin is an avid traveler with a particular love for Ireland, a country she studied abroad in during college. Her passion for wildlife has drawn her repeatedly to Yellowstone National Park to observe animals in their natural habitat. At home she enjoys reading a good book, discovering a new movie, or playing a board game with family.
