Elizabeth Lockett – Associate
Elizabeth has always used writing as her creative outlet. From writing haikus in elementary school to mastering the art of prose poetry in her college courses, it’s no surprise she chose a career where creativity meets strategy in the field of communications.
“I’ve always believed that there is an underestimated power behind words and the way that we use them,” she says. “After all, communication is the basis of everything we do.”
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While at Rutgers, she served as an Account Manager for ScarletPR, the university’s student-run public relations agency, and was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America. She also pursued a minor in Creative Writing, furthering her love for poetry and fiction.
Elizabeth joined PSC as an intern in early 2023 and later became a full-time Associate. Before joining PSC full-time, she worked at Coyne PR, where she assisted the consumer lifestyle team with international brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Orange Theory Fitness, and others. Elizabeth also spent time boosting communications efforts for the YMCA of the Pines, a South Jersey non-profit organization.
Outside of her work, Elizabeth enjoys writing poetry, with aspirations of publishing her first book, discovering new thriller novels, exploring New York City, and planning her next trip abroad.
