Krystale brings more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, and operations, combining a highly organized, detail-oriented approach with loyalty, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finding ways to work smarter.
Throughout her career, Krystale has supported a variety of business functions, helping organizations strengthen their financial operations, improve workflows, and navigate day-to-day challenges. She enjoys solving problems, bringing clarity to complex situations, and finding practical solutions that make a meaningful difference. At PSC, she is excited to contribute her experience to a collaborative team. She believes the best work happens in a culture that balances hard work and high standards with fun, mutual support, and a shared commitment to success. Outside of work, Krystale enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling (especially to the beach), and exploring her passion for interior design. She also spent six years managing a wedding venue and continues to enjoy planning and coordinating weddings, combining her organizational skills and attention to detail with creating memorable experiences for others.
